Dear Ashley Madison,
My name is Jean-Claude St. Romain. I'm the Client Services Coordinator for All Bodies All Beautiful. I believe I spoke to you earlier but, and forgive me if this sounds nosy, it sounded like it was a bad time to call. If so, I sincerely apologize for bothering you during a stressful time and for any further stress I caused. It was not my nor my company's intention to do so and I hope you will accept my apology.
I am also sending this e-mail to re-outline the general options. I do this with all of our potential clients as it can be a lot of information to take in all at once. Additionally, some clients prefer e-mail as a communication tool.
The general options are exactly what they sound like. They are our standard ways for making sure everyone gets treated fairly. Note that they are merely OPTIONS and are not set in stone, now nor at any point in your relationship with us. You are free (encouraged even) to suggest your own options for our consideration and free to re-negotiate our agreement at any time for any reason.
In no particular order, the general options are:
{A} You Pay Money.
For those clients who prefer to pay for our services with cash. This can be done in one payment or spread out.
{B} You Trade Your Skills For Our Skills
For those clients who prefer to trade for our services. This can be super skills (for example, a teleporter giving us an agreed number of pick-ups and drop-offs in exchange) or mundane skills (say the same teleporter is an artist and designs a logo or paints a mural for us), or both (a mural and a lesser agreed number of teleport pick-ups.)
{C} Be A Team Member
Where the client is also a member of the team making their stuff. This can be a situation of skills for skills but it can also apply to clients for whom making products will require extensive testing. For the latter, this offer is NOT to make our clients lab rats or experiments but to give them fair compensation for what might end up being a considerable amount of their time and resources.
Additionally, testing products carries risks – risks that we will do everything in our power to eliminate or minimize but it is impossible to account for everything. Particularly since many of our clients, like yourself, have rare superpowers that might react in ways that neither of us expect. We do not consider it fair to ask you to risk your body without offering you the chance to be as involved in the process of creating it as you wish.
Being a team member gives you a percentage of the moneys and/or trades paid to All Bodies All Beautiful for that product by other clients.
{D} Pay It Forward
Some people do not hire us for a specific project but likes our goals and wishes to support us by means of donating moneys, materials, and/or skills. This is always welcomed as it gives us the opportunity to offer our services either free of charge or at reduced rates to those in need of it but with little resources. It also gives us the ability to offer these services to the victims of natural disasters, superhero-supervillain crossfires, etc without charge.
{E} Mix and Match
Exactly what it says on the tin. We mix and match any of the above offers, along with any of yours, to come to agreement that is fair for everyone.
Due to the circumstances of your manifestation, you are eligible for Option D. But since I know that some people are uncomfortable with charity, you do not have to accept D as your sole option.
REMEMBER: You do not have to accept ANY of these options, in whole or in part, if you do not wish to. You are free to offer your own suggestions and options for our consideration. You are free to re-negotiate our agreement at ANY POINT for ANY REASON.
You don't have to respond to this e-mail right way. Please give yourself some time to mull it over, discuss it if you wish with trusted family and/or friends, and ask questions.
