Nature: Bunch of Flowers and Birds
Mar. 4th, 2016 12:32 pm We have big pot with a couple of hibiscus plants in it. Normally it blooms one, maybe two flowers at a time. Today, it bloomed four. A ruby-throated yellow one, two peach ones, and a red one.
The birds are talkative today. I'm not very good at identifying birds but at least one of them that I can identity sat himself on the branch where I could get a good look at him and sang. Probably telling the other male cardinals to stay off his patch. Think I might have seen one of the females fluttering about but there are quite of few birds of similar size fluttering around the water oak trees.
